First, a bit about the bouquet class:

Have you ever held a tortured bridal bouquet in your hand with no idea how to fix it?  Then this class was made for you.  In it we teach the five guiding principles we lean on in our floral design.  Having these design principles is very helpful when you feel stuck and don’t know how to move forward with a bouquet.  The class includes several helpful downloads.  And there is, of course, a bouquet tutorial video where you can watch us make (and troubleshoot) a bridal bouquet with flowers from our garden.

THE BOOKING PROCESS

In this class we also explain our process to book a bride so you can create your own streamlined system.  This is especially helpful if you are frustrated with all of the back and forth with clients who can’t make up their minds.

MANAGING EXPECTATIONS

There is also occasionally a tension point between what a client wants and what we are comfortable creating.  As an artist, you want to stay true to your signature style.  But as a florist, you also know that you need to create what your client loves.  We will help you navigate this tricky part, too.

FORAGING FOR GREENERY

The class also comes with a fun video on foraging greenery.  To create that garden style look, we rarely buy in greenery from a wholesaler, but instead rely on garden grown and foraged greenery.  We will share with you what we love to forage and grow throughout the seasons.
